Delete your Movelle account

The fastest method is in the app:

1. Sign in to Movelle.
2. Open Profile → Settings → Privacy.
3. Choose Delete Account.
4. Verify your identity, type DELETE, and confirm.

What is deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account is removed immediately. An idempotent server cleanup then removes your profile, private preferences, saved and viewing data, notifications, registered devices, support-message records, availability alerts, username reservation, and legacy user storage objects.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@movelle.app from the address associated with the account. Additional verification may be required.

Important

Deletion cannot be undone. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law.
